LGBTIQ+ Acknowledgement
Haven Community Services acknowledges and respects everyone's right to freely identify and affirm their sexual or romantic orientation and gender identity, including terms such as lesbian, gay, transgender, non-binary, gender diverse, genderqueer, queer, aromantic, asexual, bisexual, pansexual, sistergirls and brotherboys. We support the rights of people born with intersex variations to be free from discrimination and mistreatment on the basis of their sex characteristics.
Indigenous Acknowledgement
Haven Community Services respectfully acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the country on which we live and work. We especially acknowledge the Awabakal and Worimi people and whose lands HCS provides services to the comunity. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. We acknowledge that the land on which we stand always was and always wil be Aboriginal land.
